散热器芯子是散热器的核心部分,起主要的散热作用。散热器芯子由散热管、散热片(或散热带)、上下主片等组成。由于它具有足够的散热面积,因此能保证将必须的热量从发动机散发到周围的大气中去。而且散热器芯子是用极薄的导热性能好的金属及其合金制造的,能使散热器芯子以最小的质量和尺寸达到最高的散热效果。散热器芯子的结构有多种,如下图所示管片式、管带式、细胞式、管芯式等等。
